Measuring 28ft x 20ft, the Ruisseau comfortably accommodates four to six guests, featuring two well-appointed bedrooms alongside a convenient sofa bed within the open-plan lounge area. The contemporary layout centres around a spacious lounge and kitchenette, complemented by separate sleeping quarters that provide both comfort and privacy for families and groups.
This Pod has been constructed to the latest EN1647 residential standards, ensuring exceptional quality and durability. It is built on a galvanised chassis backed by a 10-year warranty, while Thermaglas uPVC double-glazed windows enhance energy efficiency and year-round comfort.
Designed to maximise both indoor and outdoor living, the Ruisseau boasts a fully glazed front sliding door and a rear side door that floods the interior with natural light and opens onto a private outdoor area. The exterior space includes rear balustrading, an outside tap, exterior mains socket, mirrored drinks shelving and dedicated electrical and water infrastructure for a hot tub, complete with a 32-amp connection (subject to site supply).
