Servicing your caravan, campervan or motorhome
Regular servicing of your motorhome or caravan is essential to ensure its safety, reliability, and long-term performance. Keeping your vehicle properly serviced not only protects your investment but also gives you peace of mind, allowing you to enjoy your leisure time with confidence.
Any AWS approved service centre can service your vehicle and any Swift approved service centre can carry out service & warranty work, but please be aware that only your supplying dealer is obliged to conduct warranty work.

Regular servicing of a motorhome or caravan offers a range of practical, financial, and safety benefits:
- Improved safety - checks brakes, tyres, gas, and electrics
- Fewer breakdowns - catches problems early
- Lower repair costs - small fixes before big failures
- Longer lifespan - protects the vehicle and appliances
- Maintains value & warranty - full service history helps resale and compliance
- Peace of mind - confidence everything works on your trip
We strongly recommend having your vehicle serviced by a Swift Group Approved Service Centre. These centres have direct access to our online customer service system, Connect, which allows them to order approved parts and check for any available product upgrades for your vehicle. If upgrades are available, they can be offered and completed during your service.
If an issue arises that is covered under warranty, a Swift Group Approved Service Centre can submit and manage the warranty claim on your behalf, taking care of everything from start to finish. Our approved centres are also provided with the latest technical information and repair methods, giving you confidence that any repairs are carried out correctly and to the highest standard.
Please ensure that your Owner’s Handbook is stamped in the correct section by the authorised Swift Group Service Centre. Without this stamp, the warranty - and any future transfer of the warranty to a new owner - will be invalid.
The inspection usually takes between two and four hours and follows the annual service checklist. If any areas require attention or maintenance, your dealer will let you know, and we recommend approving any necessary work to keep your vehicle in the best possible condition.
Important: To keep your warranty valid, an annual inspection must be completed by an authorised Swift Group Service Centre and must cover all the listed items.
