Swift unveils new and redesigned holiday homes, lodges & pods for 2027

Swift Group has unveiled its 2027 collection of holiday homes, lodges and pods, introducing three brand-new models alongside refreshed versions of established models.

New additions for 2027

The 2027 collection welcomes four new models:

• Clermont Holiday home and Lodge, a warm, country inspired model
• Ruisseau, a twin unit pod with two bedrooms and an outdoor entertainment area
• Alizee, a compact, boutique inspired pod with a big presence

Alongside the new additions, several established Swift models have been refreshed for the 2027 season, with updates across interior schemes, flooring, fabrics and woodgrains.

Clermont

Clermont is the latest addition to Swift’s Holiday Home and Lodge collection, presenting a warm, cosy, country inspired interior.

Rich rhubarb panelling, matt black accents, neutral upholstered seating and soft woven fabrics create a stylish interior with a timeless feel.

The Clermont is available in one holiday home layout and two lodge layouts.

Ruisseau

The Ruisseau is a bold twin unit pod with a central open plan lounge and kitchenette, paired with two separate bedrooms. Outside, a private patio area with hot tub ready infrastructure creating a retreat where guests can relax, unwind and enjoy their surroundings.

As a smaller and more contemporary alternative to a holiday home, the Ruisseau enables operators to introduce additional premium letting accommodation where larger holiday homes may not be suitable.

The Ruisseau is available in one layout.

Alizee

Alizee is the smallest member of Swift’s pod collection, compact in size but with a big presence. Its open-plan interior places a king-size bed at the heart of the space, complemented by a sleek kitchenette and integrated dining area. Every element has been carefully considered to deliver a hotel style experience within a compact footprint.

Its smaller footprint also makes Alizee well suited to operators looking to introduce distinctive accommodation where space may be at a premium.

Refreshed favourites for 2027

Alongside the new models, Swift has refreshed a number of established favourites for the 2027 season.

Morlaix holiday home and lodge receives updated terracotta soft furnishings, while Bordeaux introduces updated curtains, alongside a new urban-inspired secondary interior scheme.

Loire and Royan benefit from refreshed herringbone flooring and a lighter woodgrain throughout, with Loire also receiving darker sofa upholstery.

Swift's pod collection has also been updated, with the former S-Pod 4 and S-Pod 6 Escape renamed Bijou and Nuage respectively, alongside subtle aesthetic changes.
