Aleks
Meet Aleks, one of our third year Level 3 Engineering Fitter apprentices. Aleks is currently preparing for her End Point Assessment while working within our Panel Van Testing Department. In this role, she plays an important part in ensuring that the gas, electrical and water systems fitted to our vehicles are safe, reliable, and operating exactly as they should.

Corin
Meet Corin, one of our Level 3 Engineering Fitter apprentices. Corin is currently in the third year of his apprenticeship and has recently secured a permanent placement, becoming a valued member of his team. Based on the motorhome production line, he works beneath the vehicle lifting ramps, fitting a variety of essential components to the underside of the van and helping to ensure each vehicle meets Swift’s high standards of quality and safety.

Tom
Meet Tom, one of our second year Level 3 Engineering Fitter apprentices. Tom is currently exploring the different career pathways available within the business as he works towards selecting his permanent placement. As part of his apprenticeship journey, he is gaining experience across a variety of departments, most recently spending time on the holiday home production lines and developing his skills and knowledge within the electrical installation area.
