Swift Group is proud to unveil the Morlaix Lodge, an exciting new addition to its holiday lodge range.
Available in three spacious layouts and a variety of bedroom configurations, the Morlaix Lodge is built to the BS3632:2023 residential specification, delivering exceptional levels of insulation and superior energy efficiency - ideal for extended stays and all season use.
Inside, the Morlaix Lodge showcases the new ‘Farmhouse’ soft furnishing scheme, enhanced by rich Tobacco Halifax oak woodgrain finishes and a warm, neutral colour pallet. The open plan living area features a generously sized L-shaped freestanding sofa with scatter cushions, a contemporary coffee table and side table, and a sleek TV unit with ample storage. Expansive front aspect sliding doors allow natural light to flood the space, creating a bright environment.
The fully equipped kitchen is a focal point, created for both everyday living and entertaining. It features shaker style cabinet doors, premium oak effect worktops, and high quality integrated appliances, including a glass fronted oven and microwave. A freestanding dining table with wrap around bench seating completes the space, ideal for gathering with family and friends.
Accommodation within the Morlaix Lodge has been designed with a strong focus on creating a comfortable experience. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a Duvalay™ Alba Ortho mattress, and a double wardrobe with a dedicated vanity area. Twin bedrooms provide equally refined comfort, with ample storage, and convenient touches such as USB charging points.
