FAQs

• What are the dates and times of the event?

  The event is across two days, Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th September. Gates open at 9.30am on both days, come at a time convenient to you, with last entry at 3pm. The event finishes at 4pm and the car park closes at 4.30pm. It's our right to remove or not allow entrance at our discretion.

• Is parking included at the site?

  Parking for cars and motorhomes is free for all those attending, and the visitor car park will be open from 9:30am and close at 4:30pm, please be aware there are no electric charging points and overnight parking is strictly prohibited. There are limited parking spaces available for motorhomes.

• What food & drink will be served at the event?

  They'll be a number of coffee, ice cream and food vendors at the event, and our onsite café, Hub64 will have available seating. Strictly no alcohol is to be consumed anywhere on the Swift site.

• How do I get to the Swift site?

  Entry and parking is at our Ken Smith Way entrance, please use the following address for your sat nav: Swift Group, Ken Smith Way, Cottingham HU16 4BS. Entrance to the car park via fancy.fine.cares at what3words.

• I've already registered my attendance but can I change the number of people in my group?

  Yes, please email us at marketing@swiftleisure.co.uk to amend your party number. We will need the name and email address that was used to book the tickets.

• Is the event wheelchair accessible?

  The event is wheelchair friendly throughout although some areas of the factory tour may be difficult for those with limited mobility.

• Is smoking permitted at the event?

  Smoking and vaping is strictly only permitted in designated smoking areas.

Staying safe on your visit

• Parking: Vehicles are left at the owner’s own risk. Swift Group cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or personal property.
• Accessible parking: Blue badge parking bays are clearly marked with blue lines at the front of the car park. These spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
• Accessibility: All routes at the event are fully accessible, however some tour areas may be difficult for those with limited mobility.
• Fire safety: In the event of a fire, please remain with your tour guide, who will direct you to the nearest fire exit.
• Smoking & vaping: Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the designated smoking area.
• First aid: Trained first aiders will be in attendance and located in the in the First Aid Room, as shown on the site map. Please go to them if you require medical assistance.
• Swift stewards: Stewards can be identified by their hi-visibility clothing. They are here to assist you.
• Tour safety: During the facility tour, please stay on the designated walkways at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Reporting concerns: If you have any concerns during your visit, please report them to a Swift steward so they can be addressed promptly.
