The latest Champagne Lodge has a new U-shaped kitchen arrangement with raised worktop on chrome legs adjacent to the lounge providing breakfast bar style seating for two. This gives the kitchen a more open plan feel. A velux window over the kitchen and the glazed side gable continue to provide good natural light to the kitchen/dining area.
The new kitchen layout allows for a slightly larger lounge which features new soft furnishing accents with raspberry patterned curtains and a mixture of solid raspberry scatter cushions and brown geometric cushions. A new light grey wall board also brightens the interior.
Bedrooms also have a more modern feel with geometric patterns, earthy browns and new zesty yellow/green accents.
Standard features on the Champagne Lodge include thicker exterior walls, clad with CanExcel boarding in a choice of three colours, 'Thermaglas' double glazing, 'Aspect' sliding doors, 'Driftwood' woodgrain, combined with the latest designer fabrics, ultra-low energy LED lighting throughout, domestic type gas central heating and a 5-burner hob with central Wok burner.
The Residential specification delivers an increased standard of insulation of 60mm Superglass 32 paper faced glasswool, and roof insulation to 100mm Superglass 32 cladding and domestic levels of ventilation. This gives the advantage of better thermal insulation to help reduce running costs and better sound insulation for quieter living.
It also includes a larger Beko Fridge Freezer , a condensing type gas boiler and the home is build on a more substantial Bankside twin axle I-Beam Chassis.
