Swift Group strengthen entry and mid-level holiday home ranges

In line with Market demand, the Swift Group are realigning their entry model ranges with the development of a new Bordeaux range aimed mainly at the retail market and a revised Burgundy range mainly targeted at the rental market. The mid level Moselle range is upgraded with a re-styled front including a patio door option, new interior design and detailed changes including a new 32ft 2 Bed model whilst the top of the range Chamonix and Champagne ranges continue with same successful formula.

The Burgundy remains the entry level range in terms of specification and has been priced to satisfy the rental market but will also be available for retail sale. Two new 10ft wide models have also been introduced, to bring Swift into parks with size restrictions, taking the range to 6 models.

The distinctive Swift character is maintained on the outside with moulded GRP bargeboards, tough textured aluminium and good sized gutters complete with downpipes. On the inside the quality image is re-inforced with solidly built furniture in ‘Verona’ light oak, flush doors with matt chrome fittings and contemporary soft furnishings. Energy efficient lighting is fitted throughout.

The lounge and dining area benefits from modern ‘L’ shaped seating with pull-out bed and storage underneath, a gas fire set in a contemporary wood framed fireplace (12ft wide models only) and a dining table with bench style upholstered seating and stools.

Stylish and well equipped, the domestic style kitchen has good storage and worktop space with a dedicated position for an optional under counter fridge.

Bedrooms have lined curtains with tie-backs and voiles on stylish matt chrome poles and are equipped with mirrors and 230v sockets. Bathrooms have showers with thermostatic mixers, white porcelain suites and a useful shaver light over a mirror.

Key options include UPVC double glazing, gas central heating, electric plinth heaters and towel rails, fully or pre-galvanised chassis, fridge with freezer and a Lakeland exterior colour scheme.

The new Bordeaux range is the next specification level up, with the main visual differences being the exterior front and the lounge and dining room where free-standing sofas replace long bench style seating and a contemporary domestic dining table and chairs replace the fixed dinette area.

All new fabrics give a modern, inviting feel and three separate vaulted front windows with the option of patio doors and an additional window in the nearside front increase the exterior specification.

Inside the Bordeaux has the addition of a coffee table in the lounge, storage unit in the offside front corner (not with patio door option) and lined curtains enhanced by pelmets and tie-backs in complementary fabric.

The kitchen has a cooker hood and waste bin, bathrooms have vanity cupboards and the main bedroom has a lift up bed for storage. Higher specification furniture, lighting and detailed fittings complete the differentiation from the Burgundy range.

Key options include front patio doors (armchair and pouffe replace front sofa and corner storage unit), double glazing, gas central heating, electric plinth heaters and towel rails, fully or pre-galvanised chassis, fridge with freezer and Lakeland colour exterior.

An electric lava rock fire with mirror over, set within a wooden fireplace, provides a focal point and a new central wall light feature together with ceiling downlighters provides lighting for every mood.

The kitchen features new contemporary kitchen doors in ‘oyster’ colour with steel feature handles, new walnut woodblock design kitchen top laminate, new contemporary style oven with full height smoked glass splash back and stainless steel cooker hood. Work top space is illuminated by task lighting under kitchen lockers. The double door fridge/freezer is now fully integrated.
