A new top-of-the-range Champagne model headlines the changes to the Swift Group Holiday Homes line-up, which also sees new finishing details to enhance the Chamonix range, a new 30ft x 12ft 2 bedroom layout in the Moselle, which continues with the same successful formula and new energy efficient lighting at the top of the list of improvements to the Burgundy range.
The new, top-of-the range Champagne is the largest holiday home in line-up at 40ft x 13ft and offers a very high standard specification. It has a two bedroom layout with a central, superbly equipped dining kitchen and a large separate lounge. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a P-shaped bath and shower and the main bathroom features a large shower.
The Champagne offers all the specification of the luxury Chamonix range plus additional top of the range features.
Living areas in the lounge, dining, hallway and bedrooms are carpeted with luxurious 40oz domestic specification ‘Savannah Bark’ carpets with underlay and windows in the lounge and dining area are dressed with a combination of fully lined curtains in Erin bronze fabric with voiles and blinds. The luxury feeling is further enhanced by versatile lighting including a dimmer controlled pendant over the dining table, illuminated wall units with glass doors and framed prints on two walls.
The seating area consists of a luxury freestanding sofa incorporating a pull out bed, two arm chairs and free standing coffee table incorporating two pouffes. The focal point is a stylish ‘Dante’ electric fire in a contemporary surround and the latest cutting edge entertainment has been installed in the form of the 5.1 channel Sony DVD home theatre system (excluding TV) packed with Sony’s latest audio technology. This is equipped with the versatility of a USB input to play digital movies, MP3 audio and other popular formats directly from an MP3 player or USB stick.
The dining area provides a modern walnut effect dining table with glass cover and four upholstered chairs situated under the glazed side gable to create a light spacious feel.
The adjoining well-equipped, designer kitchen offers an American Style ‘A’ Rated Fridge freezer including plumbed water cooler/ dispenser, full size integrated dishwasher and a stainless steel designer extractor hood over a large gas hob with wok burner. A large double cavity oven and a stainless steel finish microwave oven complete the high spec appliances. The contemporary kitchen units features selected glazed doors with others finished in “Tobacco walnut”.
Bedrooms are well furnished with designer headboards, bedside cabinets, co-ordinating curtains and bed covers with cushions in ‘Zeus’ fabric and contemporary styled furniture.
Signal boosted TV positions have been added to both bedrooms and the luxurious master bedroom has a velux roof light for improved lighting and ventilation.
The ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom has a P-shaped bath with shower door and the main bathroom has a large shower unit. Both bathrooms have high quality fittings and accessories including a soft closure feature to the toilet seats.
Externally the Champagne has textured sandstone coloured cladding and large feature windows framed with Graphite uPVC and glazed with heat reflecting thermoglass. Additional floor and wall insulation provides an EN1647, Grade 3 rating. Options available include French doors to the front, timber cladding or environmental green textured cladding.
The luxury Chamonix continues to offer the kind of luxury usually reserved for more expensive ranges with designer type, well equipped kitchens, spacious washrooms that have numerous quality features, contemporary living areas and plush master bedrooms.
The range benefits from new finishing details that include new wallboards, luxury carpets with underlay to the lounge, dining hallway and bedrooms, 4 peg metal coat hook, practical ‘hardwood’ effect vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, chrome wire storage unit to the corner base cupboard in the kitchen and restyled colour coordinating bed covers.
Other improvements to this well equipped range include a new luxury freestanding or ‘L’ shaped sofa incorporating a pull out bed (layout specific), a 500W electric plinth heater in the kitchen and on a more practical note large capacity gutters and down pipes.
Three layouts are available in the Chamonix range, a 38ft x 12ft two-bedroom ensuite shower model, a 38ft x 12ft three bedroom model in addition to a 38ft x 12ft ensuite toilet two-bedroom layout.
The popular Moselle range gets a brand new model, a 30ft x 12ft 2 bedroom layout which joins the existing 38ft x 12ft three bedroom, 38ft x 12ft two bedroom and 35ft x 12ft two bedroom model line-up. Offering outstanding value, all four layouts combine contemporary interiors with high specification and can sleep up to eight or six.
Following its huge success and redesign last year, the Moselle range continues with this successful formula but is refreshed with new wallboards and new ‘hardwood’ effect vinyl floor covering in the kitchen and bathroom.
The entry level, four-model Burgundy range has seen a huge increase in specification in all areas for 2009. Interiors offer hardwood effect vinyl floor covering in the kitchen, hallway and bathrooms as well as ‘Verona Oak’ woodgrain furniture and new energy efficient lighting fitted throughout, offering big energy savings on previous models.
The lounge and dining areas benefit from modern L shaped sofa beds with storage underneath, a new gas fire set in a contemporary wood framed fireplace as well as new dining table and improved seating.
Stylish and well equipped, the domestic style kitchen is re-designed with more worktop space, restyled cabinet doors and handles and a new dedicated position for an optional under counter fridge.
Bedrooms have new upholstered headboards with complementary restyled curtains and fabrics and the bathroom has a stylish new vanity cabinet.
The Burgundy range includes a 28ft x 12ft two-bedroom, 32ft x 12ft two bedroom, 35ft x 12ft two bedroom and 35ft x 12ft three bedroom model, ensuring plenty of choice for family accommodation.
