Redefining holiday accommodation, S-Pod 4 is an innovative, completely self-contained unit tailored to flexible, versatile living. Strong and well-insulated, it's packed with everything you need for a comfortable stay - from a handy kitchenette with hob to a stylish washroom for up to four people to stay and sleep.

The open-plan interior is intelligently designed to maximise space, with superb features lending an inviting feel. In the living area you'll find sophisticated yet robust soft furnishings, lifted by 'Nebraska Oak' woodgrain with contrasting 'porcelain' doors, while the hardwearing vinyl floor in 'French Oak' accentuates the natural look. Perfect for cosy evenings in, the efficient TV unit contains a mini fridge and storage, and you can kick back and relax on the two sofas, one with storage underneath which also pulls out to a single bed, and one which transforms into an innovative pull-down bed.

For further sleeping space, there's also a fixed high-level child's bunk with removable ladder in the living area, and a dining area is created with a foldaway table.

The convenient kitchenette includes a two-burner gas hob with extractor, sink and microwave with shelving, and additional storage is provided by overhead cupboards.

In the practical, yet stylish washroom, is a large shower enclosure, contemporary dual-flush WC, heated towel rail and shower socket, plus generous storage via a vanity cupboard with sink, and large cupboard. A window lets in natural light, and an extractor fan keeps everything fresh and dry.

As well as ample accommodation and features, S-Pod 4 also boasts an efficient footprint, making it ideal for private ownership and park operators alike. Its modern sloping roof announces its on-trend design, enhanced by full-length LED canopy downlights and front French doors for a fresh, airy aspect.

Built to last, it models CanExel high density wood composite cladding with durable realistic woodgrain texture in 'Sierra Brown', as well as bonded 'sandwich' exterior wall construction for greater strength, a coated steel pantile roof and a galvanised chassis with finish warrantied for ten years.

And for excellent thermal efficiency, S-Pod 4 offers Thermaglas uPVC double glazed windows and lagged underfloor pipes, with a 2kW plinth heater with thermostatic control plus a water heater keeping everyone cosy.
