The bright interior maximises natural light with front 'Aspect' French doors and windows, floor to ceiling windows and a kitchen VELUX, while efficient LED lighting throughout illuminates your evenings. Luxury carpet with underlay conveys a premium feel, complemented by the elegant 'Coach House' soft furnishing scheme with soft dove grey and mustard accents.

In the spacious lounge you'll find a freestanding three-piece suite with two coach house chairs, enhancing the cosiness created by the contemporary Opti-myst® electric fire.* And to keep everyone entertained, there's provision for a flat screen TV (up to 43") and Bluetooth audio connection to the ceiling speakers.

The whole family can dine in comfort with the circular glass dining table and four upholstered chairs, after meals have been prepared in the on-trend white full gloss kitchen with scratch resistant FENIX NTM® worktops and high specification appliances, including wine cooler and dishwasher.

For restful nights' sleep, both bedrooms are fitted with Duvalay™ mattresses with Crib 5 rated fabric; the master bedroom presents a king size Duvalay™ 'Alba-Ortho' high-quality orthopaedic mattress. Modern handleless furniture doors, bedside LED lights and provision for TVs reflect Champagne's deluxe styling, and the master bedroom boosts appeal with a sliding mirrored wardrobe and large dressing table with illuminated mirror.

LED illuminated vanity mirrors, chrome finish towel radiators and extractor fans feature across both bathrooms. The en suite has a shower cubicle with thermostatic shower and glass screen, and the main bathroom boasts a walk-in shower enclosure with wall panel, ensuring you're always fresh for the adventures ahead.

Developed for long-lasting looks inside and out, Champagne's exterior is clad in CanExel high density wood composite cladding with durable, realistic woodgrain texture in 'Mist Grey' for a superb finish, while bonded 'sandwich' exterior wall construction provides greater strength.

Offering excellent thermal performance and sound insulation, Champagne is fitted with Thermaglass uPVC double glazed windows and doors, lagged underfloor pipes, a composite Structural Insulated Panel floor, and thorough roof and wall insulation. There's also a condensing gas combi-boiler central and hot water system to keep you cosy whatever the weather.
