Forty one vehicles were submitted for the Caravan Design Awards. The aim of the Awards is to provide Club members, and caravanners in general, with fair and objective assessments of the vehicles submitted for scrutiny. All manufacturers are invited to submit entries.
The panel of independent Judges and Technical Researchers for the Caravan Design Awards follow rigorous scoring checklists and assess everything from sitting comfort, standing headroom, kitchen design, storage, switches, wiring, security, repair and warranty arrangements to general safety.
Grenville Chamberlain, Chairman of The Caravan Club, who announced the results commented, “The Caravan Club would like to thank the industry for their continued and considerable support of these competitions which have gone from strength to strength over the years. We would also extend our sincere congratulations to the winners and all the entrants.”
“To win top awards from the Caravan Club, where models are assessed with the dedicated caravan enthusiast in mind, shows the success of Swift’s all round design and specification approach. These awards add to an impressive number of Industry awards already won this year, demonstrating our commitment to continuous product development.”, Nick Page Commercial Director commented.
