Fusion Chassis

All Swift Holiday Homes are built on the new strong Fusion chassis which has been created using the very latest design technology and engineering expertise and comes with extended warranties that are unique in the market.

The Burgundy, Bordeaux and Moselle come with a 'Zinphos' painted finish carrying a 3 year warranty. A fully galvanised finish is available as an option and carries a 10 year warranty.

The Chamonix and Champagne come with the fully galvanised finish as standard.

Wall Construction

Swift Group's Moselle, Chamonix and Champagne ranges benefit from a bonded laminated exterior wall construction using the same technique perfected over many years for Swift’s touring caravans.

The result is more rigid walls and an altogether stronger body shell.

The walls are made in modules approximately 4 metres long and 2 metres high which are securely fixed together during the home’s final assembly before being clad with aluminium, PVC or CanExel. Each module consists of a robust timber framing around high density polystyrene of equal thickness, an inner skin of plywood clad with a PVC decorative wallcovering and an outer non-stretch membrane.

These components are laminated together in the wellproven plant used to make similar panels for touring caravans and motorhomes. The resultant panels act as structural members to help keep the whole home more rigid as well as being straighter and resisting sideways deflections.
