  1. Please quote your name, postcode and chassis number / VIN of your product.
  2. In most instances, the Customer Care Team will involve your dealer / Park Operator in resolving the issue you are experiencing.
  3. If you are contacting the company by email, letter or fax, the Customer Care Team will respond to you within five working days from the date of receiving the correspondence.

The Swift Group do not provide a direct retail service for parts or accessories. These can only be offered via our network of dealers. To search for your local dealer please go to the Find a Dealer section. Please be aware that if your caravan/motorhome is more than 8 years old the original parts may no longer be available.
